So, you basically have a media viewer that doesn’t actually, you know, allow you to view media (unless it is in a permitted format), will only let you view one of those media types at a time (because it can’t… multi-task… arrgh!), and it will hit all the spots for a species on the cusp of intellectual extinction (if the iPad was actually successful [which I doubt will happen]). And people are bitching about Flash.
I am done reading about this. The iPad isn’t what the promotional materials say it is. Nothing is ever what the promotional materials say it is. That is why it is called promotional material.
This is not the future, it is a placeholder. A pitiful, glamorized and hyperbolic placeholder.
