I was like, “no, we aren’t doing anything, Clover won’t even notice.” And someone was all like, “but it isn’t for em, it is for us!” And that made sense.
So we are having a Solar Celebration Picnic and/or Tea Party (if the weather sucks, we will just hang out at the cottage). We will bring some food, and you should too (and drinks, adult or otherwise). If you don’t know where The Cottage is, contact me.
Also, RVSP by leaving a comment, so I know you are coming, and so other people know they won’t be the only one showing up at a very awkward gathering.
As for gifts, we really don’t need anything. Susan and I are so picky, it doesn’t even make sense to get Clover anything, because we are obviously going to judge your sense of style, and may even do so in front of you! Read the next part if you really want to help.

to my intense sadness, I cannot celebrate this circumnavigation with you, much as I would love to, because I have official out of town guests coming to do a strategic planning session for OL 11-6. Oh the timing! That very precise day is the second solar circumnavigation of the mutual companionship agreement Matt and I have made. We would love to attend but have our own arrangements that day. We will look into the Central Committee’s Fund for the Covering of Baby Butt though.
