I imagine ads like that would target the person who might hire said techy to build them a site. So you get people with no technical understanding of their CMS options, declaring they don't want Drupal because those ads scared them away. That's the only scenario I can think of where a marketing team may have come up with that ad structure. Perhaps we should start the ad free blog ads. Almost exactly what I experienced before they took my gallbladder out. Don't know about the dizziness... can't recall that symptom, but sharp pain in my chest, near the center - felt like I was being speared.
